We are delighted to welcome you to another exciting academic year 2024-2025 at Magsaysay College. We are truly grateful for your continued trust and support as you choose us to be your partner in education.

As we embark on this new chapter in the history of Magsaysay College, I am excited to share with you our strategic priorities that will guide our institution towards a brighter future. These priorities are rooted in our commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, service, and innovation.

LEADERSHIP
We believe that strong leadership is essential for a thriving institution. Our new administration is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. To empower our students, faculty, and staff to reach their full potential, we will provide opportunities for leadership development at all levels. Through various programs, initiatives, and experiences, we aim to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to become effective leaders.

GROWTH MINDSET AND INNOVATION
We are dedicated to fostering a growth mindset that empowers our students, faculty, and staff to embrace challenges as opportunities for learning and growth. By cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, we encourage everyone to adopt new ideas and perspectives. We provide the necessary tools and resources to support their success.

This academic year, we have experienced a substantial increase in enrollment, indicative of growing trust in our institution. To further elevate our educational offerings, we have implemented the Learning Management System, fostering a dynamic platform for learning and collaboration. Moreover, we have conducted a thorough review of our organizational structure to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. This has included a recalibration of faculty ranks and the establishment of clear criteria for faculty selection, and the introduction of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program. We are excited to announce the release of the Student Handbook 2024 Edition, a valuable guide for our students. We are eagerly anticipating the full utilization of our new campus beginning next year, providing our students with an even more enriching learning environment.

CULTURE OF RESEARCH
The culture of research has been a cornerstone of our institution. Our faculty members and students are actively engaged in scholarly pursuits, contributing to their respective fields through research. We encourage our students and faculty members to participate in research projects providing them with valuable hands-on experience and opportunities for intellectual growth. Our institution is proud to have faculty members who are Certified Research Specialists and Certified Research Development Consultant, guiding our students towards innovative and impactful research.
